Broad-Leaved Mountain Mint

NJ Ecotype (grown from seed)

  • Herbaceous perennial; 1-3ft tall

  • Small clusters of white/purple flowers; blooms mid to late summer

  • Attracts large numbers of native bees

  • Attracts solitary & parasitic wasps—both of which are beneficial for biological pest control

  • Fragrant minty aroma discourages deer browsing

  • Spreads via rhizomes, but easily divided/transplanted
